Since I am a great believer in "playing", I always urge any beginners to go out and simply play with their settings. After all, we do this to have fun right?

Go take as many pictures of the same things using different aperatures, shutter speeds, perspectives. Dont only rely on using the zoom, don't be afraid to use your feet to get close!
